Ardeshir Alaviz, cultural and social advisor to the governor of Alborz Province, announced at the ceremony for selecting the Capital of Book Iran, held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at the Cultural Freedom Complex, that one of the vacant floors of the Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj will be transformed into a library.
