Ayatollah Khamenei, in sending messages to Seyyed Morteza Bakhtiari and Sheikh Ghiyasuddin Mohammadi, who recently lost their wives, used the phrase "dear wife" instead of "belonging"

I don't know if it has a similar history or not.  But it remains to be seen whether "bbelonging" will change in other future correspondences and messages of the leader of the Islamic Republic.

 Earlier, I wrote in a post that in Ayatollah Khamenei's condolence message to Ayatollah Vahid Khorasani on the occasion of the death of his wife, I was interested that the leader of the Islamic Republic still uses the title "belonging" for "wife".
